Mars is desire, raw desire. You can use that to draw someone toward you, but see again, that’s Venus. So there’s that inherent conundrum for a Venus-Mars person.

Venus and Mars are opposites, right, so modulating a Martial Venus takes careful integration, no? I’m thinking of a fire dance (see my Venus in Scorpio post), which requires a healthy respect for the sexual fires of passion that can consume the most elegant relational dance (Venus). I’m also thinking of the Venus in Scorpio people I’ve known who’ve gone down in flames for coming on too strong. Or the Venus in Aries people who “fall in love ” at the drop of a dime without the necessary courtship of “getting to know you”…

How to modulate your Mars? I wonder if that’s possible. Give him plenty of exercise, sex and challenges. And so important for women, because the right to “stand up for our self” as opposed by certain cultural institutions, is an ongoing mission.
