Weight Loss and Energy
“Since we began working together there have been so many big changes in my life. I now weigh 150 pounds. That was my goal when we began, and it’s what I weigh today. I rewarded myself by buying a skirt, and a pair of boots. None of my jeans fit! In addition to weight loss, I just feel better. I have a lot more energy. Weight loss is important but having energy is huge. I used to stay in bed all day because I was exhausted. Now I am going to bed at a reasonable hour, and waking up and having a full day. I am actually sleeping for a full 8 hours, whereas before I was only sleeping 3-4 hours a night. When my niece visited me recently I was able to keep up with everyone, doing things that in the past would have exhausted me. Before, there was a depleted-ness and tiredness inside of me. Pre-Diabetes & Depression
“Meeting and working with Jessica Shepherd has dramatically changed my life. When I first met her, I felt as if I had been walking around in a fog for a very long time. I had very low energy, was tired all the time and felt depressed. I was looking for change in my life and didn’t know where to turn. My top three goals were to lose some weight, gain my energy back and to eat healthier. I had issues with high cholesterol and had previously had gestational diabetes while pregnant with my daughter. Needless to say, I was terrified of one day being diagnosed with diabetes.
Jessica was able to help me change my eating habits by introducing healthy, clean foods to my diet. I didn’t want to have to count calories for the rest of my life. I had been there and done that for a long time and it wasn’t working for me. During our sessions, I realized that eating gluten free was a better choice for my health. During my sessions with Jessica I noticed a renewed vitality within my body. I had more energy, slept better and my skin was glowing. The most significant change I noticed was buried deep within my psyche. Holistic Health is more than healthy eating. This is something I had never thought about before meeting Jessica. Through our sessions, I also realized that there was a part of my life that was not being fulfilled. Yeast Overgrowth and Perimenopause
“The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been a complete disappearance of severe symptoms related to what I believe was a yeast overgrowth and perimenopausal symptoms, although, ultimately, that doesn’t even matter—what matters is that the symptoms are completely gone!
